Our Mist Shower is a chamber installed at the exit of a Cleanroom, specifically designed for areas handling hazardous products such as Onco Drugs, Hormonal injectables, Sterile products, and similar substances. Its purpose is to provide protection during the de-gowning process while exiting the area. The design ensures that wet surfaces do not release particles into the atmosphere, making the mist shower a popular choice in the pharmaceutical industry. It is widely recognized that the primary source of particulate contamination in a cleanroom is the operator. The Mist Shower serves as a physical barrier typically installed between operator change areas (grey areas) and the cleanroom (clean area), effectively mitigating this primary source of contamination. The system's effectiveness relies on factors such as Mist cycle duration, operator technique during the mist cycle, the material and design of protective clothing, as well as the physical and chemical properties of particulate matter.
